Copyright and License Agreement

Upon submission, we assume that you have accepted and confirm that:

• All authors of the manuscript have read and agreed to its content and are accountable for all aspects of the accuracy and integrity of the manuscript.
• That the article is original, has not already been published in a journal, and is not currently under consideration by another journal
• That you agree to the terms of the Journal Copyright and License Agreement.
  For authors who are prevented from being the copyright holder (for instance where Crown Copyright applies or researchers are US government employees), please contact us and provide details of your situation.

Copyright

Copyright is retained by the author(s) and upon submission, it is assumed that the authors grant Scientific (Phone) Applications and Mobile Devices a license to publish the article and identify itself as the original publisher. This includes providing any third party the right to use the article freely as long as its integrity is maintained and its original authors, citation details and publisher are identified.

The Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 formalizes these.

In rare instances where the author is not the copyright holder (for instance in the case of US government employees or those of Commonwealth governments), the copyright line and license statement in individual articles will be adjusted to state ‘© 2016 Crown copyright’ or where appropriate adjustments. Authors requiring a variation of this type should inform APD SKEG Pte Ltd during or immediately after submission of their article. Changes to the copyright line cannot be made after publication of an article.

License Agreement

In submitting an article to this Journal you agree that:

1. You are authorized by my co-authors to enter into these arrangements, and that you, on behalf of myself and my co-authors, that the article is original, has not been published or under consideration in any other peer-reviewed journal. You also declare that your article does not infringe any existing copyright or any other third party rights.
   • You are the sole author(s) of the article and have full authority to enter into this agreement and in granting rights to the Journal and are not in breach of any other obligation; such as but not limited to declaring that the article contains nothing that is unlawful, libellous, or which would, if published, constitute a breach of contract or of confidence or of commitment given to secrecy.
   • You have also taken due care to ensure the integrity of the article that all statements purporting to be facts are true and any formula or instruction contained in the article will not, if followed accurately, cause any injury, illness or damage to the user.
2. You agree that the article, if editorially accepted for publication, shall be licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0.
